The ski boots were fantastic. The skis (and I know I chose the cheapest version) could have been a bit better. But the staff and the help we had was superb.

My feet are size 44, and I needed a wider board. I didn't know that until my instructor told me, but it was at the end of the week. In other cases, when I need to replace the binding, I went to the store and it was replaced without any problem

Good service. We arrived in a very busy day, but the people were friendly and always with a smile on their faces. The equipment was in good condition and we used it for 6 days with no issues.

This is a really nice rental shop with good space for trying on the boots without stress. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely book here again. And booking online is very easy, and only a small down payment needed as deposit.

Everything is just perfect, I changed my boots 2 times in 2 days until found perfect fit, my son changed boots once after couple of days, syaff is always ready to help, no additional changes were required. Skis and boots were in very good condition. Skibox has boot dryer for 4 boots, which means dry boots every morning.

on the last day one of the skis didn't hold the boot anymore. it got larger with few numbers and i felt. i thought was because of ice and tried 2 more times and immediatly i falled.i had to go down by foot on a red slope with skis in my hand. this should never happened with skis. it never happened in my life and i ski for more than 20 years. if I would have high speed, i could have broken my leg or worse.

Great shop in a great location (next to San Rocco lifts). The skis were top spec and the service was quick and efficient

We visited the shop early in the morning after having booked the equipment online. Everything was already prepared & of the highest quality. The shop is just a few steps below the San Rocco chairlift so we wasted no time at all to start skiing. Will surely use them again on our next visit to Livigno.

Good service near the ski slope.

Booking online prior to arrival really speeds up the process. Had skis and boots ready and waiting when we arrived. Friendly, efficient staff and price was competitive compared to others. Only issue was that shop was a little difficult to find, as there's some confusion about it being called ski rent Zini or San Rocco. Google maps didn't definitively locate it, and had to ask at ski pass centre, but wasn't a major issue.
